Vehicle & Buffer System

Prepared using Water for Injection (WFI) and includes a controlled excipient system commonly used in intranasal formulation research:

Sodium Citrate / Citric Acid Buffer System — maintains pH 5.5 for solution stability and controlled ionization environment 

     Glycerol — contributes to tonicity adjustment and spray plume consistency

Hydroxypropyl Beta Cyclodextrin (HPβCD) — Included to support formulation stability, maintain solution clarity, and enhance solubilization of Compound.
