The Formulation Creation Club is a membership program priced at $15/month, designed to provide access to community-driven formulation development, member participation opportunities, and exclusive formulation releases.
By joining, members agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Membership Access
A $15/month membership includes access to:
Monthly formulation development participation
Community formulation voting opportunities
Member-exclusive formulation selection process
Early access to selected formulation releases
Access to the winning formulation selected at the end of each monthly cycle (where applicable)
Club updates and release notifications
Membership benefits may evolve as the program develops.
Monthly Formulation Process
Each month, candidate formulations may be developed based on:
emerging formulation concepts
internal development direction
member feedback and community interest
Members review and vote on selected formulation candidates.
The formulation receiving the highest community interest is designated as the monthly selected formulation and proceeds to final preparation and member release.
Member Releases
The selected monthly formulation is prepared using controlled formulation practices and high-purity laboratory-grade materials.
Release timing may vary depending on:
formulation complexity
material availability
preparation requirements
production scheduling
No fixed delivery date within the month is guaranteed.
Billing & Pricing
Membership is billed at $15 per month, with automatic renewal unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
By subscribing, members authorize recurring monthly payments of $15.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund prior payments. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Billing & Renewal Schedule
Membership renews on the 1st of each month
Cancellation deadline is 48–72 hours before renewal
Practically, this means cancellations should be completed by the 29th–30th of the previous month
Access After Cancellation
If a member cancels:
They will retain access until the end of the paid billing period
No additional charges will occur after the next renewal date

Refund Policy
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once processed, as access to membership benefits and community features is granted immediately upon billing.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved in cases of accidental purchase, duplicate billing, or verified technical issues.
Approved refunds do not guarantee reinstatement of prior membership access.
Community Standards
Members are expected to participate respectfully in voting and community processes.

abusive behavior
fraudulent activity
misuse of the platform
violation of applicable laws or policies
