Payment Policy & Terms of Use

This document outlines the payment procedures, processing timelines, and general terms applicable to purchases made through Elevana Labs.

All formulations are supplied for lawful research and analytical purposes.

Accepted Payment Methods

1. Interac e-Transfer

2. Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USD COIN)

3. No other payment methods are accepted.

Payment Instructions

Instructions are emailed after checkout.

2. Orders ship within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Orders not paid within two (2) days are automatically cancelled.

Cryptocurrency Policy

1. All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Payments sent to incorrect wallet addresses cannot be recovered.

3. Always copy and paste wallet addresses exactly as provided. Cryptocurrency (Manual Transfer) At checkout, specify in the Order Notes which cryptocurrency you intend to use. Wait for the confirmation email containing the unique wallet address before sending payment.

3. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with local regulations.
